Refund policy

  Returns/Refunds: As an Authorized Benchmade & Yeti Dealer, all Benchmade Knife & Yeti sales are considered final.  In order to receive a refund for your purchase,

o   Return must be made within 30 days of purchase

o   Item must be in new condition and in original packaging returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt

** Please, DO NOT return defective items to Up North Outdoors - Benchmade knives have a lifetime warranty from Benchmade, and they will repair or replace any defective knives.  Yeti also has a 2–5 year warranty depending on the item.
